Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development.
Experience in coordinating improvement activities, audits, programs, training, or events is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Coordinate continuous improvement activities, including workplace improvement initiatives, process enhancement, and productivity improvement programs.
Conduct workplace audits, maintain documentation, track improvement actions, and follow up on corrective actions.
Collect, analyze, and prepare reports on audit performance, improvement activities, participation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, awareness programs, and continuous improvement campaigns.
Coordinate the implementation of digitalization and process improvement projects, including progress monitoring and stakeholder follow-up.
Facilitate review meetings, communicate action items, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
