**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our manufacturing team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining composite materials and structures whilst ensuring quality standards and workplace safety are maintained.



**Job Description**

• Perform lay-up, laminating, and fabrication of composite materials using various techniques including hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion processes

• Conduct quality inspections, identify defects, and perform repairs on composite components to meet technical specifications

• Operate and maintain composite manufacturing equipment, tools, and moulds whilst adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues efficiently



**Job Requirements**

• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Composite Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, including working with carbon fibre, fibreglass, and resin systems

• Strong understanding of composite fabrication techniques, quality control procedures, and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications accurately
