• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for Mechanical & Electrical works.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and payment certifications.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on commercial matters.
• Assist in cost control, project forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying for M&E works.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or data centre projects is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of M&E systems, construction methods, and contract administration.
• Familiar with measurement standards, BQ preparation, VO, claims, and final accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, CostX, Glodon, or similar QS software is an advantage.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Data Centre or Mission Critical Facility projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
