• Provide technical support to all hotel departments for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain hotel network, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and CCTV systems.
• Support hotel systems such as PMS (Property Management System), POS, Time Attendance, Door Lock System, and other operational software.
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance, repairs, and IT projects.
• Maintain inventory records of all IT equipment and software licenses.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protect company data from unauthorized access.
• Assist in setting up IT equipment for meetings, training sessions, and hotel events.
• Prepare IT reports and documentation as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
