Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Review technicians' service reports to verify findings, assess completed work, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
• Prepare, review, and process quotations for maintenance works, repairs, replacement parts, and improvement projects.
• Evaluate technical issues and provide recommendations for repairs, system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for ACMV systems.
• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments when required.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company procedures, statutory requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor service quality and respond promptly to customer enquiries and technical issues.
• Prepare maintenance records, reports, and documentation for management and clients.
• Support project execution, system testing, and commissioning where required.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of ACMV-related materials and services.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
