We are partnering with a leading digital infrastructure developer to hire an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across Southeast Asia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data centre developments.
• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, commercial risks and contract administration.
• Provide technical oversight across MEP, civil and structural disciplines.
• Lead contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Establish project governance, delivery standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of project or construction management experience, including significant exposure to data centre or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale greenfield or expansion projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, contract management and project controls.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants and multinational stakeholders.
• PMP, Chartered Engineer or other relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
