On behalf of a world-renowned technology company, Huawei, we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, drive operational excellence, and optimize procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global industry leader and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative business environment.
Responsibilities
Supply Ordering
- Serve as the primary supply chain lead for the representative office, designing and establishing a national supply network that proactively addresses customer needs, delivers competitive solutions, and ensures successful delivery, business goal attainment, and customer satisfaction.
- In alignment with company and regional supply strategies, develop and implement supply, delivery, and logistics network plans tailored to local market needs, while continuously strengthening the office's overall supply and delivery capabilities.
- Manage end-to-end order delivery by engaging early in projects to analyze logistics needs and supply bottlenecks, then formulating competitive plans that guarantee timely, accurate, high-quality, and cost-effective goods supply.
- Create supply plans for supporting and auxiliary materials, and oversee the full procurement fulfillment cycle—from purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) issuance to supplier stock monitoring, arrival inspection, and payment verification.
Logistics Management
- Oversee import/export customs clearance by analyzing and applying relevant regulations and tax rules, while maintaining strong customs relationships to ensure smooth and efficient clearance processes.
- Manage the complete goods flow—from receipt and warehousing to outbound delivery and documentation—ensuring cargo safety, inventory accuracy, and effective material kitting and stock control.
- Build and manage a logistics service provider (LSP) resource pool with robust performance management, while also controlling customs and logistics costs through budgeting, monitoring, and payment verification.
- Continuously optimize order, logistics, and procurement processes to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and safety across the representative office.
Planning and Forecasting
- Lead material forecasting for key accounts by developing 1-2 year strategic plans and executing monthly to yearly planning cycles, while proactively flagging material risks to influence future project planning and embed early mitigation strategies.
- Maintain direct coordination with AP and HQ planners to ensure full alignment with company guidelines and global standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred), with at least 7 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience.
- Deep understanding of supply chain and business planning, proficient in ERP and APS tools, and familiar with project supply management, product configuration, and supply network management.
- Skilled in customer demand analysis—able to identify pain points, compliance risks, and continuity issues, and translate them into actionable product requirements—as well as product availability design, including scenario-based optimization and supply system integration.
- Proven project operation skills with experience leading supply chain design or special initiatives, plus strong internal and external communication and influencing abilities to engage customers and impact decision-making at appropriate levels.
- People management experience is a plus.
