Job Description: Supply Chain Executive
Company: House of Amber Nectar Pte Ltd
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Level: Executive
Minimum Experience: 2 years
About The Role
House of Amber Nectar Pte Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement workflows, product forecasting, inventory accuracy, and stock continuity. This role sits at the centre of a high-volume coordination environment, working closely with the Logistics Operations Executive, external vendors, and cross-functional teams. You will ensure that purchase orders are executed flawlessly, products are forecasted accurately, Best-Before-Dates (BBD) are well managed, and stock levels remain continuous without disruption.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who thrives on precision, structured processes, and constant coordination across internal teams and a diverse supplier network.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) across a network of 10+ active suppliers, managing a steady volume of up to 50 POs per month.
- Ensure all POs are accurately documented, routed for appropriate internal signatures, and fully approved prior to issuance.
- Track and timeline all inbound shipments from suppliers, proactively monitoring delivery schedules to guarantee on-time arrivals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor shipment updates, resolving any timeline discrepancies, freight delays, or documentation issues directly with suppliers.
Forecasting & Stock Continuity
- Manage demand forecasting for products to ensure incoming stock has adequate BBD shelf life upon receipt (i.e., not received too close to expiry).
- Monitor sales trends, lead times, and reorder points to maintain continuous stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to align forecast accuracy with purchasing schedules.
Lot & Inventory Management
- Oversee lot management practices (FIFO/FEFO principles) in close coordination with the Logistics Operations Executive to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Maintain accurate tracking of batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, and stock locations.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Inventory Transactions & System Accuracy
- Own end-to-end inventory transaction recording, including goods receipt, withdrawals, stock transfers, and adjustments.
- Ensure all inventory movements and PO receipts are accurately logged in the inventory/ERP system in a timely manner.
- Support monthly/periodic stock reconciliation, invoice matching, and audits.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Logistics Operations Executive to align inbound shipment arrivals with warehouse capacity and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain flow.
- Flag potential supply gaps, shipment delays, slow-moving stock, or expiry risks proactively to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating Purchase Orders and communicating directly with external suppliers to track shipments.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry, invoice/PO matching, stock counts, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of coordination across multiple stakeholders (suppliers, logistics, internal teams).
- Comfortable working with inventory/ERP systems and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency required; experience with SAP Business One is highly advantageous).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating across teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple moving priorities.
