Job Description & Requirements

Operate according to established work instructions and standard operating procedures.


Handle ingredient preparation, including cutting  and seasoning.


Monitor equipment operations and perform basic machine troubleshooting when necessary.


Prepare and oversee the cooking of sauces and soups.


Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the workstation at all times.


Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.


Provide excellent customer service and support customer enquiries professionally.


Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.


Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory management.


Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising standards.


Carry out additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.



Requirements:

Passionate about joining the F&B industry and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
Friendly, service-oriented, and a strong team player.
Must have experience in Western cuisine, including food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
Able to follow standard operating procedures accurately and work efficiently under time constraints.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with F&B operating hours.
