We seek a skilled Service Technician with hands-on repair experience and a passion for technology and problem-solving. If you enjoy diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing smartphones, laptops and desktops, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

•               Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for smartphones, laptops and desktops

•               Perform component replacements, software installations, upgrades and system troubleshooting

•               Assemble, test and maintain PC systems

•               Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet high standards

•               Assist customers with technical enquiries and provide professional repair advice

•               Maintain accurate repairrecords and service documentation

•               Support daily service centre operations and assist walk-in customers

•               Communicate repair outcomes, technical findings and warranty information clearly

•               Keep up to date with the latest technology, products and repair techniques

•               Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

•               Minimum two years of hands-on experience in smartphone or computer repair, preferably with an Apple ecosystem environment.

•               Experience repairing smartphones and troubleshooting computer hardware/software issues

•               ITE, Diploma or relevant qualification in Electronics, Engineering or related fields (preferred)

•               Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•               Good communication and customer service skills

•               Self-motivated, passionate, responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
