Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Pack and label finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
• Follow safety rules and wear the required PPE.
• Report machine faults or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Complete production records as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level, N-Level, or equivalent qualification.
• Able to read and understand basic work instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required.
