Responsibilities
Location: Islandwide, Singapore
Salary: $3,200 – $3,400/month
What You'll Do:
Complete structured training and grow into a supervisory role
Learn daily operations and perform responsibilities independently
Uphold the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in recruiting and developing junior team members
Support employee counselling and performance management
Take on additional duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For:
️ Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry
️ Bachelor's Degree in any field
️ F&B experience is an advantage
