Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between HDB, contractors, and technical teams.
Construction Oversight: Supervise site works for quality and adherence to specifications.
Risk & Cost Management: Track budgets, timelines, and propose solutions for delays or cost overruns.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records for project approvals and milestone tracking.
Public & Safety Considerations: Address environmental impact and ensure site safety.
Defects Management & Post-Construction Coordination: Oversee issue resolution and final project assessments.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, or a related discipline (recognized by professional bodies like the Board of Architects, PEB, or BCA).
Project Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing building construction projects, preferably HDB developments.
Safety & Technical Certifications:
Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (accredited by MOM).
Design for Safety Appreciation Course (accredited by MOM).
