We are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer to develop and deliver technical solutions for our key customers. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, proposing effective system solutions, and successfully implementing them by leveraging our existing products, technologies, and engineering expertise.

The ideal candidate is skilled at building strong relationships with strategic customers and translating their needs into practical, value-added solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, promote our products and services, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and maintain a strong understanding of fluid control, vaporization, analytical equipment, and measurement systems used across semiconductor and industrial process applications.

·        Provide technical training, application support, and on-site customer assistance throughout the pre-sales, implementation, commissioning, and after-sales stages.

·        Identify customer challenges and propose innovative technical solutions, concepts, and product specifications to meet evolving process requirements.

·        Serve as a trusted technical advisor by providing consultation, troubleshooting, and application expertise to customers.

·        Assess customer requirements, industry developments, and competitive market activities to identify business opportunities and support strategic growth.

·        Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, collaborating closely to understand and communicate advanced process and measurement requirements.

·        Drive the development and deployment of process measurement applications, particularly around semiconductor process chambers, while expanding the company's regional network and customer base.

·        Supportbusiness development activities across the ASEAN region, including customer visits, technical presentations, and project discussions.

·        Monitor and report market trends, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and sales activities to the management team.

·        Promote the company's products, solutions, and technical capabilities to enhance its reputation as a reliable and trusted business partner.

·        Support and participate in trade shows, technical workshops, seminars, and industry events.

·        Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·        Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure successful project execution and customer support.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in applications engineering, process engineering, technical support, or related roles.

·        Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, fluid control systems, analytical instruments, or measurement technologies is an advantage.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focusedand solution-oriented mindset.

·        Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

·        Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

·        Adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.

·        Strong attention to detail, along with creative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.

·        Willingness to travel extensively within the ASEAN region, including at short notice when required.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technical report preparation.
