We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with hands-on experience inJava, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, Unica Campaign, and Linear Metadata to support the design, development, and optimization of customer engagement and marketing automation initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable applications, integrating enterprise systems, and enabling targeted, data-driven marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and React JS applications supporting Unica Campaign.
• Configure and execute Unica Campaign workflows, including audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign flowcharts.
• Translate business campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Unica with CRM systems, enterprise applications, REST APIs, and data warehouses.
• Perform ETL, data validation, and metadata management for campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot application, campaign, and data-related issues.
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Support deployment, release management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, andMicroservices.
• Hands-on experience with React JS (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with IBM/HCL Unica Campaign, including campaign flow design, audience segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Experience with Linear Metadata (Mandatory).
• Strong SQL skills (query writing, joins, performance tuning).
• Experience with REST APIs, system integration, ETL, and batch processing.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle and customer data management.
