Job Summary

Coordinate and manage project activities, resources, and communications to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site teams to define objectives, resolve issues, and report progress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information on site to support project execution
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives for accurate project planning
• Review technical drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and report findings to the Project Manager for resolution
• Prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets to guide project delivery and resource allocation
• Monitor project costs, progress, and quality to ensure adherence to plans and standards
• Organize project-related paperwork to maintain accurate documentation and compliance
• Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors regarding shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning to facilitate approvals and smooth operations
• Update and report site progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager to enable informed decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution
• Communicate continuously with clients to refine and align project objectives throughout the project lifecycle
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain project budgets
