What you’ll be doing

1. Be the person users can count on

Provide friendly, patient technical support to clients, end users and internal teams.

Troubleshoot computers, software, printers, Wi-Fi, email and connectivity issues.

Support users remotely and visit client offices or project locations when required.

Set up computers, mobile devices, printers, user accounts and email accounts.

Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other common business applications.

Take ownership of assigned support cases and follow through until they are properly resolved.

Keep networks running smoothly

Help install, configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls and VPN connections.

Support small-office network installation, testing and maintenance.

Assist with structured cabling, network points, patch panels, equipment racks and cable management.

Perform basic network checks and identify device, connectivity or configuration problems.

Coordinate with internet providers, vendors and senior team members when additional support is needed.

2. Work with CCTV systems

Assist with CCTV planning, installation, configuration and maintenance.

Support IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, remote viewing, storage and network connectivity.

Help with camera positioning, cabling, recording checks and system testing.

Work with vendors or installation partners on more complex requirements.

Explore AI and help others discover it too

Learn about practical AI tools, productivity platforms and automation solutions.

Explore how businesses can use AI in their everyday work.

Help prepare demonstrations, workshop materials, user guides and training environments.

Support devices, accounts, software, internet connections and presentation equipment during workshops.

Assist senior team members with AI demonstrations, presentations and training sessions.

Progressively demonstrate AI tools and conduct selected workshops independently once you have completed the necessary training and assessment.

Help answer participant questions, collect feedback and improve future workshops.

You will not be expected to become an AI trainer overnight. We will help you develop your knowledge, presentation skills and confidence step by step.

3. Keep everyone informed

Maintain clear records such as device inventories, network diagrams, configuration details, support notes and maintenance reports.

Store passwords and credentials responsibly within approved systems.

Prepare straightforward technical instructions, user guides and workshop materials.

Keep clients and teammates updated on progress, next steps and expected resolution times.

Escalate complex issues appropriately and protect client information at all times.

What you’ll bring

Around two years of experience in IT support, network support, technical support or a related role.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows computers, printers, office equipment, networks and common business software.

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.

Experience using remote-support or remote-control tools.

Familiarity with IP cameras, NVR/DVR equipment, cabling, remote access and basic CCTV troubleshooting.

The ability to set up basic IT and networking equipment for small offices.

A willingness to travel to client offices, workshops and project locations when needed.

Clear, patient communication with people who may not be technically confident.

Good written and spoken English.

The ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and users, as required for this client-facing role.

Curiosity about AI, automation and emerging technology.

A responsible, organised and service-focused approach.

The confidence to work independently with reasonable guidance—and the good judgment to ask for help when needed.

You do not need to know everything on day one. If you have solid IT fundamentals, enjoy learning and genuinely care about helping users, we encourage you to apply.

4. Bonus skills

It would be great but not essential, if you have experience with any of the following:

Structured cabling, patch panels, network points, server racks and cable management

Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, Cisco, Fortinet, Hikvision, Dahua or similar products

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, business email and cloud productivity tools

Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, NAS, backup systems or endpoint security

Firewall configuration, VLANs, network monitoring or troubleshooting

Generative AI, workflow automation or digital productivity tools

Training, workshops, demonstrations or presentations

IT documentation, service reports, maintenance records or equipment inventories

A valid Singapore driving licence

You’ll fit in well if you…

Enjoy the satisfaction of turning “It’s not working!” into “It’s fixed!”

Stay calm, patient and methodical when troubleshooting.

Take ownership and follow through on your commitments.

Are equally comfortable working with hardware, software and people.

Communicate clearly with clients, users, vendors and teammates.

Learn quickly and adapt to different environments.

Pay attention to the small details that keep systems secure and reliable.

Are curious about AI and excited to build new capabilities.

Treat every client’s systems, information and credentials with care.

Extra incentives for AI engagements

Team members who support or independently conduct eligible AI workshops, demonstrations, training sessions or related client engagements may earn additional incentives on top of their monthly salary.

Depending on the assignment and your level of involvement, these may include:

Commission for eligible AI workshops and training engagements

Performance bonuses based on delivery, participant feedback, contribution and business results

Additional incentives for supporting relevant sales opportunities or client engagements

The applicable incentive details will be shared before each eligible assignment.

What you’ll gain at Superink

Hands-on exposure to IT support, networks, infrastructure, CCTV and practical AI projects

Experience working across different client environments and industries

Opportunities to strengthen your skills in networking, system administration, remote support and IT operations

Training and guidance in AI demonstrations and workshop facilitation

Opportunities to earn additional commission and performance bonuses

Room to grow into networking, systems, infrastructure, IT support or AI solutions

Career progression based on your performance, technical capability and the company’s business needs
