Job Description

·      We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect / Senior AI Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions. 

·      The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Azure AI, Machine Learning, and cloud technologies, with experience in building scalable AI applications, including video analytics solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      AI Solution Architecture & Delivery Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of AI solutions. 

·      Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and cloud AI services. 

·      Design and integrate AI-based video analytics and video processing solutions. 

·      Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performing. 

·      Cloud & Platform Engineering Design and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.

·       Implement edge AI solutions where applicable. 

·      Apply DevOps practices for AI model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and maintenance.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities. 

·      Participate in requirement gathering and review functional specifications. 

·      Work closely with technical leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards. 

·      Quality & Governance Conduct code reviews and participate in peer reviews. 

·      Ensure compliance with security standards, coding best practices, and project governance. 

·      Leadership & Innovation Mentor junior AI Engineers and Data Scientists. 

·      Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices. 

·      Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

 Required Skills & Experience 

·      4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development. 

·      Strong programming experience in Python. 

·      Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services.

·       Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch. Experience building AI solutions involving Video Analytics/Computer Vision. 

·      Knowledge of AI deployment, MLOps, and DevOps practices. 

·      Experience working in Agile environments. 

·      Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. 

·      Azure AI Engineer Associate Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)
