Job Description

• Position Title: Project Manager
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multi-sector projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
• Establish and uphold best-in-class project practices focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Drive cost management initiatives and ensure financial accountability.
• Enhance procurement strategies in collaboration with the Procurement team for optimal material and service selection.
• Oversee commissioning processes to meet performance criteria.
• Implement and manage comprehensive risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, business conduct, and ethics policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing realistic delivery plans.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.

• Degree in Project Management or Electrical Engineering related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Lead or managerial role.
• EPCM project experience with the ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Experience in cost and schedule management.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
