Senior Salesforce Technical Developer (Platform App Builder)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Developer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. This role involves providing day-to-day production support, resolving incidents, implementing enhancements, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support and incident resolution for Salesforce applications.
• Perform security and user access management.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and Process Automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API/Middleware integrations.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term solutions.
• Optimize application performance and Salesforce governor limits.
• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and release management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Follow ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and release management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, and declarative development.
• Experience troubleshooting API and middleware integrations.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
• Experience working in an enterprise managed services environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Release Management.

Mandatory Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD II)

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
