The Role

We're looking for passionate and energetic Personal Trainers to inspire members on their fitness journey. You'll deliver exceptional one-on-one and small group training sessions, create personalized fitness programs, track member progress, and help build a supportive fitness community.

What You'll Do

• Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored training plans
• Deliver safe, engaging, and results-driven training sessions
• Coach members on healthy lifestyle habits and exercise techniques
• Monitor progress and motivate members to achieve their goals
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional training environment
• Support member engagement, retention, and club activities

What We're Looking For

• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
• Positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and build meaningful relationships with members
• Basic understanding of exercise and nutrition principles
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• No prior Personal Training experience? No problem. If you have the passion and drive, we'll provide the training, support, and development to help you succeed
