Service Manager – Night Manager

We are looking for Service Manager – Night Manager

As a Service Manager – Night Manager , we rely on you to

• Run the night reports and ensure all reports are properly closed, prepared for next day operations.
• Respond to emergency according to standard operating procedures and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Be pro-active and quick to access situation to make decisive decision.
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background

Has experience in the same capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel

Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader

Fully understands room operations

Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as local language)

Has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys coming up with best fit solutions

Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
