We're looking for an experienced Project Manager (PMO) on a gig contract basis to lead a high-impact operations transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned project professionals who enjoy driving strategic initiatives, working with senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Who We're Looking For:

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide transformation projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring projects remain on track.
• Drive project governance by managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change control across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with business, operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and benefits realization, providing clear reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and executive presentations to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee project documentation, quality assurance, testing, and post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Champion best practices in project management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the transformation journey.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation or digital change programs.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using project management and reporting tools, including Power BI or Tableau, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of insurance or reinsurance operations, underwriting, claims, or regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
