We are seeking a high-calibre, experienced professional to join our client’s dynamic operations team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences, have a sharp eye for design and execution, and excel at managing end-to-end event production, we welcome you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseational planning, end-to-end execution, and timely delivery of assigned projects and major events.
• Supervise on-site setups, dismantling, and live event operations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication across internal project teams, clients, and external vendors/suppliers.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and rigorous cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate seamless logistics between manufacturing/production facilities and event venues.
• Oversee quality control (QC) directly at the factory level to ensure all deliverables meet production standards.
• Leverage strong relationships with factory teams and suppliers to streamline production timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in event production, project management, or operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Deep understanding of event production, material fabrication, and build quality standards.
• Exceptional project planning, logistical management, and operational problem-solving skills.
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Responsible, self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours/overtime during event peak periods.
• Proven experience in large-scale exhibitions and event operations is a strong advantage.
