Located in Singapore, our agency takes on a variety of projects, including social media management, print advertising, TV commercials, and 360 campaigns.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote/ WFH role for a Client Servicing Executive. You will need to be based in Singapore as there will be occasional on-site meetings. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the creative team, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while maintaining high standards of communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in client servicing and account management
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of agency procedures, advertising, and campaign management
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address client needs and challenges
• Experience working in an ad agency is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
