About the Roles

Join a construction firm as a Project Coordinator based in Senoko, working a structured 5-day week (Mon–Thu: 8:00am–6:00pm; Fri: 8:00am–5:00pm) in a permanent position. What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily project activities across both site and office, including inspections, measurements, handovers, meetings, and coordination tasks.
• Assist in planning and scheduling projects while tracking timelines to support timely completion.
• Coordinate on-site operations and monitor progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Track project expenditures and contribute to cost control initiatives to stay within budget.
• Support the Project Manager with various assigned project-related responsibilities.
• Review project timelines and costs carefully to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office will be advantageous.
