What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Handle semiconductor wafers according to operating procedures.
• Perform machine setup and basic production tasks.
• Monitor production targets and machine performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
• Follow all safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify potential workplace hazards and report them to Manufacturing Technicians.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing cleanroom attire.

What We're Looking For:

• SPM/O-Level is preferred.
• Candidates without SPM are welcome to apply if they have semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Previous production/operator experience is an advantage.
• Able to stand for long hours during work.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to work rotating day and night shifts.

Working Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:15 PM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:15 AM
• 4 Days Work, 3 Days Off
• Rotate every month between day and night shifts.
• 44 working hours per week.

Allowances & Benefits

Shift Allowance:

• SGD 8 (Day Shift)
• SGD 20 (Night Shift)

MSA Allowance:

• SGD 60 / SGD 130

• Johor Jaya Route
