Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, villas, public areas, and facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained while providing a welcoming experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest villas before check-in and after check-out.

Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.

Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.

Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues or damaged items.

Maintain cleanliness of reception, swimming pool surroundings, public toilets, and common areas.

Assist with laundry, ironing, and linen inventory.

Replenish housekeeping supplies and report low stock.

Follow hygiene, safety, and resort cleanliness standards.

Handle lost and found items according to resort procedures.

Provide friendly assistance to guests when required.

Support other departments during busy periods when needed.

Requirements

Physically fit and able to work outdoors when required.

Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.

Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not essential.

Working Environment

Nature resort with villas, gardens, and outdoor facilities.

Requires walking between villas and working in various weather conditions.

Training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
