Job Title: Process Engineer

Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Standard Day Shift)

Salary & Compensation Package

• Monthly Salary Range: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience (Negotiable: RM4,000.00 – RM7,000.00+ based on background and technical capability).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on working experience in a machining, manufacturing, or mold/tooling production environment.
• Background: Strong foundation in mechanical engineering, CNC machining workflows, or fixture and tooling development.

Key ResponsibilitiesDuty 1: Machining Process Programming & Planning

• Coordinate with relevant departments and team members to establish logical and efficient machining processes.
• Deconstruct tooling and mold drawings into precise, workshop-compliant drawing data and production route sheets to initiate manufacturing.

Duty 2: Full-Process Production Tracking & Optimization

• Implement strict process controls to elevate the manufacturing quality and efficiency of tooling and molds.
• Closely monitor the entire machining lifecycle to guarantee smooth, structured, and high-performance workshop operations.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
