Duties and Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues on-site.
• Diagnose and fix network hardware issues, including incorrect switch connections and unauthorised routers causing IP conflicts.
• Maintain and monitor network equipment (routers, switches, cabling) to ensure stable connectivity.
• Set up and configure new network devices as needed.
• Liaise with internet service providers on connection issues.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot in-house software applications and systems.
• Support end users with software-related issues across departments.
• Assist with system upgrades, integrations, or minor development projects.
• Work independently to manage day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience covering both network administration and software development/support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with internet connectivity and network configuration issues.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, databases, or system development is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
