We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support our data-driven decision-making processes.

• Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI
• MLOps and model monitoring
• Cloud-native AI services
• Responsible AI frameworks
• Multilingual NLP
• Translation evaluation
• Experience working with public-sector organisations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for NLP and GenAI use cases.
• Design experiments to improve model quality, accuracy, reliability, latency and cost.
• Perform error analysis and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Deploy, monitor and continuously improve AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and responsible AI requirements.

Experience requirements

• Preferred experience: 5–8 years
• Candidates with strong AI, NLP and GenAI experience will be prioritised.
• Production deployment experience is highly desirable.
