Most internships give you a desk, a supervisor, and a task list. This one gives you a business.

At Nexor, interns do not observe. They execute. You will sit with management, join client conversations, and work across every function — Finance, Admin, Sales, and Marketing. You will learn how a business operates from the inside, not from a textbook.

You will also see first-hand how Nexor works with enterprises to prepare their workforce and operations for what comes next. This is not theory. This is live transformation work with real clients.

At Nexor, AI is your leverage. We equip you with the tools and mindset to produce work that punches far above your weight — not through longer hours, but through sharper execution. You will learn to operate at a level most professionals take years to reach.

This internship prepares you for one of two paths: a career in AI-driven business, or the start of your own venture. Nexor has supported both. We are open to funding the right ideas from the right people — including former interns.

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day business operations across Finance, Admin, Sales, and Marketing.
• Use AI tools for research, content creation, data organization, outreach, and reporting.
• Assist in client-facing tasks — proposals, follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination.
• Help organize and support training programs and consulting engagements with enterprise clients.
• Observe and contribute to how Nexor helps organizations build AI capability and transform their workforce.
• Track market trends in AI, workforce development, and ASEAN enterprise transformation.
• Propose process improvements using AI-driven methods.
• Learn new tools weekly. Apply them immediately.
