Job Responsibilities

• Install water purifiers at residential, commercial, and project sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, filter replacement, and servicing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct repairs and replace faulty parts when required.
• Test installed units to ensure proper functionality and water quality.
• Provide customers with product demonstrations and basic maintenance guidance.
• Complete installation and service reports accurately.
• Ensure all installations comply with company standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good condition.
• Deliver professional after-sales service and build positive customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in a related field.
• Experience in water purifier installation, plumbing, electrical, or home appliance servicing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, water piping, and electrical wiring.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair technical issues independently.
• Physically fit and able to handle installation work at customer premises.
• Driving license is compulsory – GDL license (preferred).
• Willing to travel and work at different locations when required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
