• Submit online job postings, screen resumes and schedule job interviews.
• Assist Management to prepare employment contracts and compile new-hire paperwork.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for new hire.
• Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital employee databases.
• Assist in HRD Corp training, manage online grant application and compile the documents required.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Provides operational and administrative support when required.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in HR related field.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
