全职 NPI Engineer 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 6,000, Wong Engineering Corporation Berhad Kedah 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

1. Preparing technical Query (TQ) during RFQ Stage upon received blueprint form Business Development staff.

2. Attending FA Meeting in order to obtain data which are including lead time & quantity order, subcontractor or list, material code and other related information.

3. Preparing BOM Listing which data compilation includes Material code (obtain from SAP) System, routing process data, drawing number & revision, identity type of level process, packing list & quantity usage.

4. Uploading BOM Listing data to SAP system.

5. Preparing Gantt Chart accordingly to the time frame provide by the customer.

6. Submitting Material Master Data document for FA part to QA Department under SAP system: QMView, in order to ensure Planner able to run MRPView and Finance-Costing to check on the overall costing.

7. Ensure and follow-up with production, QA and various departments as per Gantt chart plan.

8. Preparing Process Management Plan (PMP) after completing updating BOM listing in System (SAP).

9. Preparing work instructions (WI) for production reference and before running first sample, preparing Process Integration (PI) and submitting all documents to QA Department for record.

10. Preparing Failure mood effect & analysis (FMEA) upon completion production running if any.

11. Attending Engineering Change Order meeting (ECO) if PMP need to change and change PMP accordingly to the correct process.

12. Liaising with subcontractor and attending to subcontractor for process furnishing any.

13. Follow the Company’s environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements

14.Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
