Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
• Recruit, manage, and support affiliates, creators, and KOLs.
• Coordinate product listings, promotions, vouchers, and campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
• Coordinate live selling activities and promotional events.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
