About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Executive to support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance framework. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in internal audit, external audit, compliance, risk management, or sustainability who are passionate about corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Group's compliance program to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits to identify operational risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective action plans arising from audit findings and compliance issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assess business operations to identify potential compliance and operational risks.
- Review company policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct compliance awareness training and educate employees on company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews.
- Prepare compliance reports and provide recommendations to strengthen governance and internal controls.
- Support sustainability and risk management initiatives where required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, compliance, risk management, or sustainability.
- Good knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls, compliance practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in sustainability or enterprise risk management will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel to Pahang and Sarawak and stay at plantation sites when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
