Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including design coordination, project planning, fabrication, site installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Monitor fabrication progress and coordinate site activities to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management and clients.
Manage project variations, claims, and documentation until successful project completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of project planning and project management experience within the construction industry.
Experience managing structural steel construction projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage projects concurrently.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or other relevant project management software is an advantage.
Willing to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
