Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including design coordination, project planning, fabrication, site installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor fabrication progress and coordinate site activities to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management and clients.
• Manage project variations, claims, and documentation until successful project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project planning and project management experience within the construction industry.
• Experience managing structural steel construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, or other relevant project management software is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
