Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty mechanical components and equipment.
Carry out routine maintenance of pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC systems, fans, piping systems, valves, water supply systems, and other mechanical equipment.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimise operational downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with safety procedures, maintenance schedules, and company standards.
Record maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair works accurately.
Assist in testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired mechanical equipment.
Monitor the performance and condition of mechanical systems and report abnormalities.
Maintain good housekeeping of workshops, plant rooms, and maintenance areas.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during maintenance or repair activities when required.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and company safety procedures, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) where applicable.
Perform standby or emergency maintenance duties when required.
Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
