• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty mechanical components and equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance of pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC systems, fans, piping systems, valves, water supply systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimise operational downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with safety procedures, maintenance schedules, and company standards.
• Record maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair works accurately.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired mechanical equipment.
• Monitor the performance and condition of mechanical systems and report abnormalities.
• Maintain good housekeeping of workshops, plant rooms, and maintenance areas.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during maintenance or repair activities when required.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and company safety procedures, including Permit-to-Work (PTW) where applicable.
• Perform standby or emergency maintenance duties when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
