Job Summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Supervisor – Uncle Jack to support the daily operations of the Uncle Jack outlet. The successful candidate will supervise the outlet team, ensure food quality and service excellence, maintain inventory accuracy and uphold food safety and hygiene standards while achieving sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in managing the daily operations of the Uncle Jack outlet.
• Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company recipes, quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all food products are fresh, properly prepared and attractively presented.
• Monitor product quality, freshness and expiry dates throughout the day.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
• Assist in inventory management, stock ordering, receiving and replenishment of ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor food costs, minimise wastage and reduce stock shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, food preparation area, equipment and utensils.
• Train, coach and guide team members on food preparation, customer service and company SOPs.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist in preparing staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and productivity.
• Support sales promotions and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader, Store Manager or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,902.61 per month

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
