PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Specialist Risk Group is seeking an Associate, Benefits Solutions Administration to support the smooth delivery of administrative and operational activities within the Benefits Solutions team.


The role involves providing day-to-day support across billing, member movements, policy documentation, premium payment tracking, reporting, and general broker operations administration. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate records, timely processing, and a high standard of service to clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.


ABOUT YOU

You are a detail-oriented and organised administrator who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and working with data, documents, and deadlines. You take pride in accuracy, communicate clearly, and enjoy supporting a team to deliver reliable and responsive service.


Your strengths include strong administrative discipline, good numerical skills, a proactive working style, and the ability to follow through on tasks with care and consistency.

You are a client-focused and detail-oriented insurance professional with strong experience in employee benefits servicing, programme coordination and stakeholder management.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The key responsibilities for this role are:


  • Process policy administration activities, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
  • Manage member movements, including enrolments, additions, deletions, and updates to employee benefit schemes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of policy documents, client files, and benefit-related information.
  • Coordinate billing activities, premium collection, and reconciliation with insurers and clients.
  • Monitor premium payment statuses and follow up on outstanding payments where required.
  • Generate regular reports for clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal teams to resolve administrative and operational queries.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
  • Support benefit renewal exercises and implementation of new policies.
  • Assist with system updates, data entry, and maintenance of operational databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Benefits Solutions team.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, operations, insurance, or employee benefits experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
