What You'll Be Doing

As our E-Commerce Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to the exciting world of online retail while working alongside our experienced e-commerce team.

1. Learn how to handle customer enquiries and support customers by responding to their questions, feedback, and requests.
2. Get hands-on experience in uploading product listings, creating product assets, and updating pricing across our online platforms.
3. Learn how product information, pricing, and inventory are managed to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
4. Gain exposure to inventory planning by assisting with stock allocation, replenishment, and transfers across different online channels.
5. Support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce marketplaces and learn how online stores are managed.
6. Get involved in influencer outreach, KOL collaborations, and affiliate marketing initiatives to help grow brand awareness.
7. Work closely with different teams to understand the end-to-end online order fulfilment process and help ensure smooth operations.
8. Learn how logistics and delivery operations are coordinated by working with our logistics partners.
9. Assist in preparing reports and gain exposure to e-commerce performance tracking and analysis.
10. Take part in ad hoc projects and enjoy opportunities to learn different aspects of e-commerce and digital retail.
