We are seeking professional with strong analtyical skills to join our Global C&B team in fast pace environment as the Global Rewards Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market benchmarking using salary survey data and other innovative resources to ensure competitive pay positioning.
• Perform salary analysis and provide recommendations on compensation offers for new hires, promotions, transfers, and retention cases.
• Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for HR and management.
• Monitor market trends, pay practices, and legislative developments across the region.
• Support in operational related tasks such as letters issuance, memo creations and data collection.
• Support the implementation of executive reward initiatives and/or other executive related projects.
• Develop compensation models and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:-

Experience

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in MNCs, of which at least 3 year specializing in Compensation & Benefits
• Experience in managing compensation and benefits initiatives

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with salary survey methodologies and compensation benchmarking tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
