Job Scope

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure the project progresses according to the schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Ensure all work on-site is performed in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work, adherence to specifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material usage, and progress reports.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure proper use of materials and equipment on-site and report any issues to the site manager.
• Provide guidance and support to workers and teams on-site.
• Assist in the implementation of traffic management plans and other safety measures for the site.
• Coordinate with other teams, such as engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
