What you’ll do:

• Conduct fundamental/quantitative research on securities, sectors, or macroeconomic themes to generate investment ideas
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses
• Monitor portfolio positions and market developments relevant to existing holdings
• Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to portfolio managers
• Liaise with sell-side analysts, company management, and industry experts
• Collaborate with investment, risk and research teams to optimize portfolio construction
• Monitor portfolio risk exposures (including market, credit, liquidity, concentration) against internal limits
• Develop and maintain risk models, stress tests, and scenario analyses
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with PMs to ensure risk limits and guidelines are adhered to

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Prior exposure to financial markets, asset management, or investment banking is preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesis research findings into actionable insights
• Strong personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Adaptability to work across different teams and functions over the course of the secondment
