Job Summary

As a Project Engineer (System Integration), you will lead system integration verification, interface testing, and technical problem resolution to ensure seamless equipment installation and system functionality within project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration verification and execute interface testing to validate system performance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports to support project requirements
• Analyze and troubleshoot interface and system engineering issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Propose and implement technical solutions to resolve integration problems and system engineering challenges
• Oversee proper installation of equipment onto platforms, including generating Installation Control Documents and Cable Running Sheets
• Monitor and report progress of work to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain records of interface problems and system engineering issues for continuous improvement
• Interpret mechanical and electrical wiring diagrams to support installation and troubleshooting activities
• Understand system network connectivity diagrams, including basic knowledge of switches and routers, to support integration tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computing, or Communication
• 1-3 ys experience
• Applicants with no experience are welcomed to apply
• Experience in project coordination and people management
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio to support project documentation and planning
• Strong presentation skills with effective networking and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders
• Ability to work independently within tight schedules and dynamic environments
• Knowledge of Project Management and System Engineering principles
