Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and scheduling vehicle maintenance and servicing to ensure the fleet remains in optimal working condition
Coordinate with maintenance providers and workshops to track repair jobs and manage turnaround times
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance history, and repair documentation
Support the tracking and management of vehicle fuel consumption and operational costs
Assist in the administration of vehicle licenses, insurance policies, and regulatory compliance documentation
Liaise with rental coordinators and operations staff to address fleet-related issues and resolve customer concerns
Conduct vehicle condition assessments and prepare inspection reports
Support inventory management activities and coordinate vehicle movements between locations
Assist in data entry and database management for fleet tracking systems
Contribute to the development and implementation of fleet management procedures and best practices
Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance coordination, or a similar logistical support role
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with fleet management software or databases
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external service providers
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements and road transportation regulations
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
Possess a valid class 3 driving license
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in fleet management operations
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday (alternate): 8.30am to 12.30pm
