Roles & Responsibilities – Floor Tiler

1. Prepare floor surfaces before tiling work.
2. Measure and mark floor layout according to drawings.
3. Cut tiles to the required size and shape.
4. Lay floor tiles according to project specifications and approved drawings.
5. Apply tile adhesive and grout correctly.
6. Ensure tiles are level, aligned, and evenly spaced.
7. Repair or replace damaged or defective tiles.
8. Maintain good workmanship and quality standards.
9. Keep the work area clean and free from hazards.
10. Use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
11. Follow all site safety rules, Risk Assessment (RA), and Safe Work Procedure (SWP).
12. Report any unsafe conditions, defects, or incidents to the Site Supervisor immediately.
13. Use tools and equipment safely and properly.
14. Complete assigned work within the scheduled timeline.
15. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
