Job Summary

Oversee and manage a team of stewards and cleaners to ensure effective daily operations and client site management. Plan and deliver training, conduct safety assessments, and support recruitment to maintain high cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of stewards and cleaners to achieve operational excellence
• Respond to and follow up on client requests to ensure satisfaction and service quality
• Manage day-to-day operations and client sites with accountability for performance outcomes
• Review and improve cleaning procedures to maintain high standards and compliance
• Plan and schedule training programs for cleaning personnel aligned with PWM requirements
• Conduct safety risk assessments and checks on assignments to ensure a safe working environment
• Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and refresher training on standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Interview potential candidates for current and new project sites to support staffing needs
