Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, supporting procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role works closely with internal departments, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and reliable supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase order processing, and supplier follow-up
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve supply chain issues and meet business needs
- Track and analyze supply chain data (lead times, costs, stock levels) to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records in the Inventory Management System
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist with negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare reports and updates on procurement, inventory, and logistics status for management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, or automation industries is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation and communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Team player, able to work independently
- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain best practices
